Head Start Lead Teacher (Current Employee) –  Willmar, MNSeptember 29, 2018
Climate is stressful and management not trained. Teachers are overworked and paid very low wages for working with very challenging behaviors. The students need more than capable to give. Management does not provide support or materials needed to be supported in their teaching.
Pros
Great teachers and loved the kids!
Cons
Too big workload. Challenging Behaviors No Support or Recognition for hard work.
