ULG is backed by private capital and frequently lays people off to keep things lean. Once the venture capitalists realize there is no leadership, this entire company will go under.

They are on the right track, but must improve in length of payment to contractors ( takes up to a month and a half), overtime payment should exist, benefits should at least include (medical plan), training videos for interpreters, advancement for different positions.
