2- Motivation: Why did you choose to apply to this particular position? I expressed and demostrated interest, motivations and expectations that were completely in line wiht what was offered in the position at that time.
3- Client Oritentation. Describe your level of experience dealing wiht clients? What do you like about dealing with them? Establishes and maintains productive and partnerships wiht clients by gaing trust and respect, I identify clients needs and matches them to appropiate solutions and monitoring ongoing developments inside and outside the client's environment to keep informed and anticipate problems. Consistently keeps clients informed of progress or setbacks in projects. Exceeds time line for delivery of product or services to client.
4- Integrity: Tell me about last time that you were faced with a professional or ethical dilemma at work? how did you approach the situation? I consistently demonstrated the values of the United Nations, including impartiality, fairness, honesty, and truthfulness, in daily activities and behaviors. I always act with with the best intentions and considereation for others. Never abuse power of authority. Takes prompt action in cases of unprofessional or unethical behavior. I demostrated a high degree of ethics.
5-Respect for Diversity: Based upon your experience, what advice would you give someone having difficulty working with people from different backgrounds? I found great value in working effectively wiht people from different backgrounds. I showed respect for, and indestanding of, diverse points of view and demonstrate this undestandinf in daily work and decission-making. We can't discriminate against any individual or group.
