I was lied to and told that if I passed their training class that I would go on to be an underwriter. I passed the class, and was still fired for reasons I cannot explain. Sure there's a lot of perks like a gym and basketball court there, but management manipulated me, used me, and left me out to dry with no sympathy or reasoning whatsoever. Very - more...

My manager had an open door policy, she was very approachable and spoke the truth and was supportive of you.
