Two interviews, background check including drug-screening. Expect HR vetting process to contact all references including personal statements from personal references. Very thorough in order to assure they hire the right person.

The core hours of the court are 9 AM until 4:00 PM. The work schedules are flexible beginning at 7 AM

I've never been ashamed of working for the bankruptcy court. I count it an honor and a privilege to work for the judiciary. The only problem with letting people know where you work comes the questions about them filing bankruptcy, or questions about previous bankruptcy cases and asking for legal advice, which we are not permitted to give under any circumstances.
