Must be able to multi-task. Switch from one job to another then back again without losing your place. Quick learner, you learn well on your own because they do not offer training very often for administrative staff. If you work in the branch office, be prepared to learn every administrative duty, it's not like in the main District office where they have one assigned duty maybe two and then someone else has other duties, you will have ALL of the duties.
