The interview process is long and arduous, but worth it in the end. First interview is a panel interview with at least three people, then a written portion. Half of the written are legal scenarios and the other half is a bond report. Once complete, there is a 2nd much more basic interview followed by a background check. After the background check they do a medical exam and drug test which takes the longest because it has to go to Washington.
