The interview process is long and arduous, but worth it in the end. First interview is a panel interview with at least three people, then a written portion. Half of the written are legal scenarios and the other half is a bond report. Once complete, there is a 2nd much more basic interview followed by a background check. After the background check they do a medical exam and drug test which takes the longest because it has to go to Washington.
First you should tell them the does and the don't of the company
It was very relaxing as I knew the people ahead of time by subbing in the courthouse.
