I can only speak for PSE's:After holiday season, you will get a lack of work letter but within a month or two you will get an email to come back for 360 til you become permanent.

PSA, is a permanent position. A holiday clerk position is PSA as well however it is only seasonal and has a 50% chance of turning into a permanent position. PSA is a better positon.
