None if you're an Rca the only time you will get time off is if your a full time employee which varies from post office to post office. Generally it can take any where from 5-20 years to go full time. The average I hear is around 10 years but again varies.

u can accumulate al time as a Cca c(max104) you get health benefits.. when u make regular they will cash out any hrs u have as a cca and front u 26 weeks times 4 (104hrs) for the first three years and then it increases
