Ok well something isnt right because if you applied and was offered 3 different positions then you've already passed the first background check
That is and isnt correct I mentioned to the person that asked the questions got the background check I said I had somehting back in 2005 but wasnt sure the year its over 10 years ago. The check came back from the year I mentioned and it didnt show anything so I know it was from before 2005 so they will look as far back as you mention the issue at hand I did the back ground and drug test I cant say for sure whats the next step usps got all drug and background 5 days ago Im still waiting for the next step
Regardless of age at the time of ANY Incident, or level of conviction (felon or misdemeanor), IT WILL SHOW UP (sealed or not). It's best to be as honest at all costs.. Otherwise you may end up terminated or disqualified, due to "falsified information on your application.!! But you can always just simply answer "misdemeanor" (or) "Felon".. And also, " Will explain at Interview"..!!

That would be on you juvenile records which is sealed when you turn 18
