My interview took about 45 minutes
The guy in charge of my interview went into heavy detail about the position (mail carrier) but it was all needed to know info such as being out in the field, the weather, safety, etc. I was asked how is my attendance, my communication skills and how did I deal with and overcome a difficult situation with one of my previous employers. I was extremely nervous for nothing lol it was a cool laid back interview. Just be yourself ☺️

Interview took about 4 hours. Keep in mind before showing up make sure you have a driver license that was not expired within 2 years or you will be asked to leave and you just wasted your time. But you will go over job description and watch videos, you will go thru 2 people to be interviewed individually after your done your free to leave, what’s makes everything quicker is having your paper work done at home which gets emailed ahead when invited to interview, make sure your prepared.

The location I interviewed for today is truly rural. The first thing they asked was if I had a vehicle that I can sit in the middle and drive.

I took the test on a Friday. The next Friday, just 7 days later, I was called to come to the interview. I was surprised because I was told by everyone that I’d get an email and it would take forever. My interview was the Monday after, and I was offered the position by email today. So it was super quick. 9 days from test to offer. Also, during the interview you’re with a few other people while the supervisor talks about the job you’re applying for. He seemed honest and forthright, didn’t sugarcoat anything. Then you’re each taken separately for the individual interview which is straight forward and consisted of regular interview questions such as “how do you rate safety in important, 1 being least important, 10 being most important” and questions about your work ethic and experience. Fast process!
