Work life balance and learning opportunities are great, but pay is not. You can afford to stay here if you come from money. I believe they do start paying more after a couple years.

Es buena más sin embargo no hay posibilidad de crecimiento a menos de que te lleves bien con los supervisores
Executive Assistant to Partner in Los Angeles, CA
on October 20, 2021
I love working with the other hourly assistants in my department. We work together as a cohesive unit and definitely get everything done. However, the caveat is that UTA is, at its core, an agency - meaning your supervisor will likely be an agent, which can be brutal at times. This industry is not for the faint of heart or those who do not seek to work 10+ hours a day in an office environment.
Intern in New York, NY

I'd definitely recommend for an internship. UTA gives you a crash course on all aspects of the entertainment industry. There's plenty of opportunity to learn from different assistants and agents while you're interning.
Lead Sales Associate in Orlando, FL

There was not good training or room for growth. Company could not distinguish the difference between co-workers even years after working with them. Not professional.
