Tempermental President
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) –  Duluth, GASeptember 4, 2017
The President of the company has an anger problem and most anyone in the company will agree. They don't know what they are looking for. They are in word a EOS model. But don't really like to interact on issues.
Pros
Decent pay

System Build Technician (Former Employee) –  Duluth, GADecember 10, 2016
Make progress on completing your assigned MRI camera to be shipped at the end of the month.
I learned analog and digital testing, troubleshooting and repair skills along with film development of computer images. The first 23 circuit boards where analog, the last 12 were digital. The camera head contained a vale of radioactive Co57 as the source with which the pre-amps and glass tubes were balanced against. The card rack had to be hand wired for needed jumper connections with a 440 volt power supply. Troubleshooting down to the defective part was crucial.

The Project management Department
Project Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Duluth, GAMarch 12, 2015
In regard to Onity, Inc, a subsidiary of United Technologies was a great company. However the General Manager position consistently had turnover. Each one that came on had their own idea of how the company should have been run, instead of learnng exactly who and what the company was all about. This was imperative! However each GM made their own assumption which contributed to the demise of the division.
Pros
The staff
Cons
Company could have been managed better from a GM perspective.

A Great place to work, fun and structured
Scheduling Manager (Former Employee) –  Duluth, GASeptember 30, 2014
My day starts with checking and repsonding to emails and voice messages, following up on scheduling request and invoicing issues with installers, coordinating with Project management in regards to all open orders and pass due invoices. The hardest part of the job is depending on other people to follow through and meet your demands in order to meet goals set by installers of me. The most enjoyable part of the job is networking and building relationships with customers and installers.
Pros
Employee events, outings
Cons
The Bonous plan isn't that great

Although a great company with great benefits, advancement is an issue. The company also tends to lag the market in compensation.
