If you are a good team-player UWT is the perfect fit for you. Anybody is available to support you with your doubts or extra knowledge. Sales and customer support team always are able to test some new feature of the system with the feedback included. The managers are available to listen new ideas and improvements for the system and the workflow. I had a growing step and very productive time around there. People is valued and care in UWT, people is the key assets of UWT, and will be for sure.
I worked here as an intern and had a great time! When I started, I was really surprised that such a successful, and high-revenue company ran with only a handful of employees; but I quickly learned the concept of quality over quantity! The individuals I met here were masters at their raft and some of the most hardworking people I've met, and the owner was no exception to this. He held me (and others) to a higher standard and I'll never forget him for it.
Very rewarding work experience based both on the products offered that really make a difference in the market and the great group of people that make up the team.
I started working here a couple months ago and I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far. It’s a stable job with interesting things to work on and good, steady pay. There’s learning opportunities for those looking to add to their skills and room for growth. The company offers employees good benefits (healthcare, 401k, etc.) and a work-life balance. We get holidays off and a flexible hybrid remote schedule for those who want it. You can take leave as per need. Coworkers are friendly and welcoming. Management is helpful, supportive and effective. There’s recurring office lunches and holiday parties. And, they are always trying to make the office a more comfortable and inviting space for all. Overall, a great place to work.
