Mine was very quick. I had one interview for Customer Service Rep they called me as soon as I left the interview and told me I was hired.

Be weary of their sign on bonus. They make you sign a contract for 2 years and if you don't stay they make you pay back the money. It would probably be more than what you even got because taxes are taken out of your bonus but they do not consider that when you pay them back. How convenient.

For the Roanoke, VA Medicare Telesales site. I can't recall exactly, but from the time I submitted my application on the uhg website it seems I was emailed my acceptance letter within 3 weeks or so, however this was for a class of approximately 16 during the mid-Summer prior to the Medicare Open Enrollment.
