After you submit your application and complete required qualifying questions (or an assessment where applicable), our system will generate an automated email response to you confirming receipt of your application.

NOTE: Some mail servers automatically parse messages from unknown sources to spam or junk mail folders. Please check these folders to ensure you receive confirmation of your application. To help avoid this in the future, simply add our company address to your safe senders list or contacts.

At this time, our recruiters take great care to match qualified candidates for each position to be reviewed by our hiring managers.

This process can take several days or several weeks depending on applicant volume. As a Fortune 14, employer of choice, we receive thousands of applications every day and ask that you remain patient during this time. • The same day I applied I got an email to take an assessment. Then aprox 3 days later I got an invite for a video interview which I took and it was one sided. There were written guestions that I had to record myself answering. They give you like three chances to record your answer and I only got asked 5 questions. About a week later, I got called by a recruiter who offered me a package including rare of pay and a sign on bonus and I accepted.

  • Just found on depending on what job you apply for, it uses the same assessment each time and if you don’t do well, you gotta wait 6 months until the assessment resets and then you can redo it.

  • It took me a week to get hired

  • I applied Thursday. Received an email within 3 hours of applying asking for my availability to schedule a interview with a recruiter. Friday I had a phone interview with recruiter, two hours later revived an email from hiring manager asking for an interview on Monday. I had interview on Monday, very professional and great questions. Within 2 hours received a call from recruiter with an offer and I accepted. An hour later I got an email from the team managers congratulating me. It went very fast! It has been a great experience so far.

  • It depends on the position applied for. In my case, it took longer than 2 months to find out the result. Once submitted application, I was scheduled phone interview 2 weeks later. Then 2 weeks later for face to face interview, followed by 3rd interview via video call which happened 1 and a half week later. After 3rd interview, I waited for 2 weeks to receive email from UHG informing that I didn't get selected.

I would say based on my experience, if it takes a long time like in my case, there is a possibility that you might not get hired. There was a strong indication that they were interviewing other prospective candidates which was why it took longer time to hear back. My advice is to keep interviewing with other companies.

  • I was interviewed last week Wednesday. I literally thought I screwed up during the interview. However, they called me the following Friday and offered me the position. I interview for a clinical administrative coordinator.

  • It took about a month for me. I don't remember the exact dates so I'll just make up a date to give you an idea. Jan 1st - I applied. January 5th - phone call asking to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. Jan 7th - phone interview. January 9th - phone call asking to schedule in person interview. January 13th - in person interview. January 30th - phone call telling me I got the job :)

  • I was called for a phone interview 2 weeks after submitting my application.

  • After your face-to-face-face interview I was called and offered the job 4 business days later. Got the face-to-face which was 1.5 weeks after my phone interview which was one week after taking the assessment. This is for the customer Advocate job. It was completed 1.5 weeks prior to the training class start date.
