Scheduled all the patients in a particular neighborhood on the same day
More in depth training. Supervisors that actually help. More lenient about doctors appointments.
I would actually bring the remote employee back in the office. A lot of the reasons for the micro-management are because everyone works from home therefore management feels as though they have to be extra careful.
Don't assume what works in Texas will have the same results in other markets.
I would revamp the training.

I wonder if I could make that much of a difference if in charge of a big company like this. You really can not control the actions of everyone even if you do all the right things but I would do something about unethical issues and enforce policies about them.
