All you need is an internet connection at your home. You don't need to buy anything else as they provide you with everything you need, laptop, etc. You do not need a printer as they do not allow printing of anything and actually there is no need for it as you'll utilize your laptop for everything.

For contractors, it was only with permission; the manager for this assignment was very against allowing contractors to telecommute as she wanted to watch them as they worked.
