Highest echelon of management appears to make effort and care about employees. Budgetary concerns, micromanagement, favoritism, inequitable treatment, middle management does NOT mirror FOCUS values and appears to care only about money and their own advancement. Terrible behavior tolerated due to long tenures. I won’t live long enough to advance in this - more ... company:) have a nice day and look elsewhere - less
