Job salary for a clinic nurse is far far lower than what is listed on indeed... shoot for at least $12 less a hour or more. Staff is disposable to management

The cents raise they give out. It's a slap in the face. Many of us struggle to make ends meet, and 10cents doesn't cut it. The other reason is I have NEVER worked anywhere with this type of management. They are never on the floor to help out,.. and if they are it is to tell staff what they are doing wrong

UPH-Keokuk is only comparable to other UPH hospitals in name ONLY. We don’t have the technology, work force, physicians or benefits that all other facilities have. It’s basically the same as before with a different name and signage. It’s depressing to see happen because our community deserves a fully functioning, quality hospital.

Negative work environment which manager refused to rectify. There are several staffers who get glowing comments from patients but who badger and berate co-workers. This poisonous attitude on the part of a few is not being made better. These people are allowed to stay in the Sleep Lab even though their treatment of internal customers is abysmal.
