Good Company, poor management for the new comers. The long-term employees are set in their ways, not willing to work with you, You either sink or swim.
I don't have much of a future for Univar. They are consolidating jobs and laying off people,.

Univar is on a bad path. Way to may chiefs and lack of experience and knowledge of chemical distribution. The company needs to simplify and redistrict its territories and scratch this upper management group with no experience. The company has had two major quarterly losses. Get back to logistical selling and distribution of chemicals.Service is all you have to offer. Do it unconditionally!
I really do see a future at Univar. Over 75% of the Magnablends have closed.
