Was an ok job. The company was downsizing the staff and the hours were cut so i left. I had a good time working here but it was time to move on.......

Toxic work environment, elitism runs rampant and lots of employees called off last minute due to a no-explanation-required policy which led to the service area being left uncovered and company scrambling to call employees into work on their off days for coverage. They did not tolerate diversity and non-conforming people are shunned, mocked, and treated with disrespect. Overall terrible work experience.

Garbage employer. Original owner passed away and his son took over. His son has no management or EMS experience. Drastic pay cuts and loss of hours. Some people has their pay cut in half. Literally cut in half. There is no room for advancement. If you have a brain, a pulse, and an EMS License, they will hire you. Almost impossible to get fired which makes it difficult to keep good employees. Don’t work here. It’s a waste of time. A lot of faulty equipment.

Anyone who has worked in EMS knows the job isnt for everyone but working here is slightly better than any other ambulance agency Ive been at in over 15 years in the industry. They are family owned so the new boss is old boss's kid and has changed some stuff, some people dont like change but its been for the better, just show up, do your job and no one bugs you. Field supervisors arent breathing down your neck. The place is a good fit, I'm almost never held over and they pay bonus pay when you are.

None, they just through you on the road and expect you to save lives with little actual experience. General manager said to me “well I’m just going to put you out there and see how it goes.”
