Management bases job performance on likeability factors in lieu of how well you perform.
Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLSeptember 24, 2018
Management is not up-front with employees and has no loyalty. If you are not on their "favorite" list, then be sure they will find someone they "like" to replace your position. Does not matter how well or how long you work for them, they have poor communication and will let anyone go with no reasoning once so ever.
Pros
none
Cons
lack of loyalty, will stab loyal employee in the back QUICKLY without seeing it coming!

Business Development Coordinator and Accounts Recv (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLNovember 16, 2017
I enjoyed working for Universal Engineering. I was with the company for over 12 years.

Due to personal reasons, a divorce, I was forced to find other employment.
Pros
Fast paced, but with a family atmosphere
Cons
No room for advancement at the location where I worked

Unrewarding
Technician (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLJuly 29, 2016
If you have a family or a life in general, you can kiss them goodbye. You will be worked beyond exhaustion and then asked to do more. Pay Scale is not competitive. No money for raises but plenty of money to buy hundreds of Under Armor shirts for office staff. No real training or guidance. Benefits are horrible. I would not recommend this company to a slave.
Pros
Company vehicle
Cons
Management, no work/life balance, verbally abusive when overworked
