Ufp has good benefits but the supervisor in multi family Carlos serna not a good supervisor and be trusted, he said he would try to paid me for vacation and he know that once you are terminated the company will not get paid for the vacation.Do not apply at multi family department.

Absolute poor management!!! GMO and plant manager were not on the same page. However, other UFP facilities seem to have a balance on the employer to employee relationship. NOT WHERE I WAS!!! Please read reviews on jobs before accepting the position. What looks good is not always what it seems.
