At the call center, it's pretty toxic. The manager of the call center is toxic, and has a lot of malice for other people. The lower managers absolutely don't care about customers, and have no idea what they're doing. It's a horrible place to work.

You may be permitted to have tattoos in backstage areas. I worked off property in the call center and had visible tattoos. GuestContactCenter aka GCC is better parking, best pay and very rewarding .

There really isn't a "best part". They pay is substandard, you'll be treated like an animal and the free tickets isn't worth your dignity.
