Had opportunity to advance, worked 50 to 70 hours per week since starting 13 years ago. Most enjoyable part of job was helping students succeed and leading low, to middle, performing teams to leading teams in the organization. Most difficult part of job is personnel cuts which have led to more administrative duties, versus spending time with students - more ... and Instructors. ProsHelping students succeed.
