Warm, friendly atmosphere, understanding of family obligations, fair pay.
The company has not kept pace technologically so this puts them behind their competitors. Considering this company created the industry, it's very sad that management has lost its way. Overall, it's a good place to work, fair pay, 24 hours, so shift work is necessary. I'm not sure how secure the company is, they seem to sell off profitable divisions.

Management favoritism.
It is ok as long as you are on the joyride, but if you get off, you will notice. The pay was good, but the workload could have you feeling like they are really getting more of their money's worth out of you than appreciation for your contributions.
