Poor management level, poor communication, no incentive for employees., in general hard to maintain a happy day with all of this frustration. But I was happy been able to apply my knowledge and skills.

University hospital does not match the cost of living in Augusta. There are no raises or cost of living incentives given out. They complain about budget but have no problem holding meetings bragging to their underpaid employees about all the money they're spending on other things. The workload is ridiculous and the turn over rate is high because they - more... are an organization that does not valve their employees. Management is clueless. If you're looking for healthcare employment, university hospital should be your last resort. There are so many other opportunities out there that pay good. - less
