Lowest paying hospital in Augusta
Written by Authorization Clerk (Former Employee) from Augusta, GA on October 17, 2018
University hospital does not match the cost of living in Augusta. There are no raises or cost of living incentives given out. They complain about budget but have no problem holding meetings bragging to their underpaid employees about all the money they're spending on other things. The workload is ridiculous and the turn over rate is high because they - more... are an organization that does not valve their employees. Management is clueless. If you're looking for healthcare employment, university hospital should be your last resort. There are so many other opportunities out there that pay good. - less
