More nurses with actual nurse functions and duties. More peer sensitivity training. No one should be nice and polite to patients and then can't so much as say good morning or talk in respectable ways to their fellow employees. More STNAS, LVNS, more RNS. And I am not sure why money is thrown at Ahuja, maybe there's a billionaire donating, but for that amount of money 200 million, it could have shored the rest of Euclid going into East Cleveland to gentrify and build up. Or at least expand the GCL boundaries and give incentives to retain employees. And sure micromanaging like Cleveland Clinic does its employees, but don't try to compete with them. Be your own guide follow your own movements.
I would stop being competitive with the Clinic and focus on areas in which we can excel and be proud.
