Regular employees get leave time and your leave time is your sick time. UAA does good if you are sick and giving you the day off as they don't want everyone on campus to get sick. I think you get equal sick and time off days or close to it. Then as you progress you get more time off. I think you get 2 weeks a year to start and then it just grows. You can sell your leave if you need money, like 40 hours a year. Some departments are different.

If you were scheduled to lecture at a big event where many students were attending and you learned your child was in an accident and dying, what would you do? If an employee took something that wasn't theirs, what would you do? Can you work for someone 1/2 your age or 5 times your age? Can you perform the job as stated, if not what would you need to be able to comply with the job requirements? UAA's job application has a bunch of questions on it they will go over with you. Have you ever had an experience working with a difficult person?
