The hiring process is a little slow. It took me four to five months to get through the entire hiring process.
The steps are:

1) Apply

2) Phone Conversation

3) First In-Person Interview - With direct manager

4) Second In-Person Interview - With key office staff

5) Third In-Person Interview - Vice President or Office Manager
