Our passion is beer.
At University of Beer, our passion is beer. We believe that every craft beer has a story to tell and take great pride in showcasing the diverse and extraordinary works of America's small and independent breweries, especially those from our local communities. UoB bartenders are Cicerone Certified Beertenders, a credential which ensures that the team member serving your beer is fully trained on the fundamentals of beer, proper pouring technique, and how to care for our equipment. We want our guests to enjoy their beer as it was intended to be served by the brewmaster who created it.
Our food is an experience.
Our kitchen staff is seriously devoted to our food -- and it shows. Although they rarely interact with our patronage, our chefs put their heart and soul into everything they make for our guests. They ensure that the quality in our product never diminishes from scratch to finish. Our ingredients are either locally-sourced or made in-house, which means that the finest flavors are experienced in every bite. We specialize in 1/2 lb Always Fresh, Never Frozen Burgers and the Best Bar Snacks in the Northern California region, where customers from all over would rave about and commute for.
Our success is through your success.
Your future success is our goal. Our comprehensive training and certification process shows our dedication to our team members' personal and professional development. We believe in investing in our teams and providing them the training and feedback they will need to be successful, both inside and outside of the industry. Every decision we make regarding our teammates' growth in the company is based on merit, not seniority or experience.
