Not flexible at all. They schedule you according to their needs.
They're pretty flexible. My manager worked with me most of the time, and even on the days I couldn't get off, they usually would let me pick either a night or a day shift.
Depends what you mean by flexible. They have shifts, and you either have availability to work them or you don't. A lot of employees expect that the company is going to write the schedule around their availability. It's a business.
Whatever you fill out for your availability is basically how the manager schedules you. A lot of people put down "full time" and "open availability" when they are applying for a job so that they get the job, and then they want tons of time off as soon as they get hired. If you say you're open availability and willing to work long hours, don't be surprised if you get hired for exactly that lol
They’re not flexible, basically a requirement to be able to do 7/8 hour shifts
