Depends on the role and position. Front of house is basically serving guests. Kitchen preps food and cooks meals. Most shifts are 6-8 hours. Expect to get OT every day, they sometimes keep you late if it's busy. I usually just plan to work 9 hours, and if I get cut early, that's cool.
Managers usually work about 10 hours per day. Their job is mostly coaching and teaching. And they help with whatever department is struggling that day.
