When other employees call out, leaving you short staff. It happens, but you end up making more tips that day, so it works out I guess. Managers are really good at getting in and helping also when it's short staff. Even seen owner do dishes before.

Yea, it is high volume and you have to deal with drunk people, but it is part of the job. It can be stressful at times, but you get a lot of support from team leads and managers. I've seen managers come in on their days off to help many times. You're never alone.
