They are very discriminative and will make your life really stressful at UCR. will force you to work 75 hrs or more with no additional benefits. Lots of biasedness to certain people those who butter the upper management. They hired certain administrators without any proper interviews and oversee the rules and regulations of dept of education. Nobody to look into these discrepancies. Don't ever think of working at UCR.
