Some Manager needs to be assessed on how they are managing their staff. It should be obvious to HR that if employees continue to quit or resign under the same Manager, the Management needs to change. I believe that some managers abuse their authority and they are mostly full of themself. They talk about “work life balance”, empowering and motivating UCSF staff when they can’t actually deliver to their own staff.

DGIM was super fast phased and if you work as a MA,they don't care if you are having big slow patient's and patients that don't speak English and doesn't have an interpreter so long as you can put them in a room you are good but you are gonna be in trouble in the future if you cant force the patient to go in the room within 10 mins or less.
