What is the most stressful part about working at University of California - San Francisco?
Some Manager needs to be assessed on how they are managing their staff. It should be obvious to HR that if employees continue to quit or resign under the same Manager, the Management needs to change. I believe that some managers abuse their authority and they are mostly full of themself. They talk about “work life balance”, empowering and motivating UCSF staff when they can’t actually deliver to their own staff.
