For me I went in directly instead of employment agency and filled out application, normally they won't see you like that unless you have experience. then I talked to Executive Chef, then Director of operations. they asked usual questions then called me to come back to cook something for them. I did and they liked what I had made liked what I had to say and offered me the job of Sous Chef. so here I am lovin it
