Be consistent, follow through with consequences, and be more aware of diversity, do not hire staff that constantly roll their eyes at it, extremely disrespectful especially when all positions require respect and awareness.

Salary increases to licensed tradesman compared to outside contractors. Provide advancement opportunities to qualified people. Make employees feel valued. When you loose key people it should tell you that your doing something wrong. Attempt to retain valuable employees instead of letting them go. Mangement should put aside there egos to retain people.
