Great flexibility for working students
Written by Student Employee Supervisor (Former Employee) from Springfield, IL on July 3, 2018
The work culture for students was "school comes first." Schedules were adjusted for exams and large projects so school remained priority. Hours are limited during the semester to 24 hours per week, but increase to 37.5 hours per week during breaks.
Pros
Flexible scheduling, walk to work if living on campus
Cons
working with unmotivated student employees
