Disorganized and underfunded university

Completely disorganized, executive leadership has high turnover rate so don't expect the same policies to be in action for more than 2 years. Getting better I guess, but still operating at the whim of the government. Faculty are completely overloaded with courses.

A fun place to be a grad student

The best thing was working on a project that you believe in. I enjoyed my time as a graduate student there, my fellow graduate students were great.
