Salaried employees/Managers not treated as such
Salaried employees should not be treated as hourly employees. Regularly expected to work overtime during the week and on Saturdays (just to babysit staff because they are not allowed to be in the office by themselves) with no compensation or comp time provided, is unprofessional and demoralizing.
