Umass Medical in the Shraffts building was by far the worst work experience I have endured to date. My colleagues were great until salaries became the topic of discussion and management did not seem to care much. There was not a lot of diversity in upper management and no room for growth.

Your suppose to work 37.5 hours but I never got a lunch and and upper management thought it was OK. I also stayed late on numerous occasions. So expect to work more than 37.5 hours a week depending on your department. Some weekends are required but those are usually fun!
