( 1 ) I'm old school, get back in the habit of addressing your superiors by Mr.Mrs.or Ms. accompany with last name. The first name basis is absolute No, No it attends too deflate moral ethics. ( 2 ) Gossiping shouldn't be tolerated and given the same respect as HIPPA.
