This job, or rather the part of this job that occurs during the semester, is not hard. It is straightforward labor, and you manage yourself through your entire shift. The coworkers were fine, but never consistent in showing up. The job never pushes you, never requires you to be or do better, and often was frustrating due to factors completely out of your control.
I was able to work with multiple professors and receive experience in many different areas of education. I gained experience with academic research, teaching classes and grading student work. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.
I have achieved both, my Associate and Bachelor's Degree here, and I am now part of the Early Childhood Faculty (adjunct). The program is top-notch in the State and very supportive of its students and faculty.
