Again State Lab Specific- not the university
They take about 9 months to a year to hire someone as they are very inefficient. The job is flown- interviews are conducted months later and 7 months later you are still waiting to hear back from someone. You have no idea who to contact as the management here is terrible. They are very unclear on expectations and wait until the last min to actually hire.
