I honestly loved this job, I found it to be a great learning experience and a lot of fun at the same time. I got to work with a great staff of ten others, and we coordinated to get things done in our hall regularly. Our boss was a great guy, very relaxed, and very understanding towards some of us on staff if it was our first year. The work place was extremely diverse and overall wonderful, as everyone got along and worked together as a team quite well. I would say that the hardest part of the job was also the most enjoyable, which was getting connected with your residents and really getting to know them.
Free housing, 300 dollars towards a meal plan on campus, 2000 dollar stipend for the year.
