If you were in charge, what would you do to make University of Pennsylvania Health System a better place to work?
I would suggest Penns HR Dept of Clinical Care Associates would listen, take action and follow up on emplyoee complaints. I.E. employees threatening other employees, racism, favortism.
Many great employees have left Penn Yardley due to these issues.
What is the most stressful part about working at University of Pennsylvania Health System?
Answering all the phones in the office and cleaning up everyone's work when they are free and I'm busy
