I am concerned with thw culture of management in these reviews. It appears that a lot of the negative managers are not addressed for their behavior.

I would clean house and begin with the managers. professionalism goes a long way and if you don’t treat your employees with the proper respect that’s ruining staff productivity because it leads to a stressful work environment. Happy employees equal happy patients. One bad manager can ruin a good team. It’s a big hospital which means the goal should be for single employee to work as a unit, therefore creating better communication from within which then reassures the paitent that they are in good hands. It takes a village to raise a child. So think of the hospital employees as the village and the patients as the child being raised.
