I am concerned with thw culture of management in these reviews. It appears that a lot of the negative managers are not addressed for their behavior.


I shadowed another CNA from 7am-11am, then had my first interview. That consisted of the nurse supervisor and one of her colleagues. After that you will be interviewed by your peers. That group consisted of a CNA, a “floor manager”, a charge nurse and a nurse. While the group interview was a little nerve wrecking they all just go based off of a questionnaire that gets scored. I was contacted immediately regarding my reference check. After that was completed I was contacted with an offer.


About the job and the company policies.


It took almost a week to a few days after my interview. They were professional when reaching out to contact me.


If they are not interested in you, they don't contact you at all. However, if you are a Penn employee you will receive a email stating that another candidate has been selected for the position that you applied for a couple of months after applying for the position
